Featurecraft proudly contributed to the success of Te Mātāwai/Greys Ave Complex by Icon Construction and MODE Design. This project received the prestigious Gold Awards in both Commercial and Residential categories along with the Innovation Award. It stands as a beacon of <a id='secondary-link' href='https://www.featurecraft.com/contact-us'>collaboration</a> and innovation in New Zealand's commercial building sector.

Taupō Airport, designed by Shelter Architects NZ and built by Watts Construction, received the Silver Civic Award, being recognised for workmanship, construction practices and innovation. This prestigious awards programme sets the benchmark for commercial construction in New Zealand and we are thrilled to see our products installed within these high-achieving projects.

The Property Industry Awards

Featurecraft was also involved in several projects honoured at the New Zealand Property Industry Awards. Munroe Lane by Icon Construction and Ignite Architects was recognised again, but this time with Merit Awards in Commercial Office and Sustainable Building Property categories, showcasing a dedication to sustainable commercial design. Te Mātāwai Greys Ave Complex by Icon Construction and MODE Design was awarded the Excellence Award in Community & Affordable Housing, demonstrating inclusive urban development and Metlifecare Fairway Gardens by Ignite Architects received the Merit Award in Retirement Living and Aged Care Property, highlighting commitment to creating supportive environments for seniors.
